If you witness a harmful situation, you have a choice to make. Should you do something? How do you decide?
This 2-hour workshop from Quabbin Mediation helps participants realize what it means to be an Active Bystander. Participants review examples of harm in our communities, analyze the roles of people involved in a bystander situation, discuss the inhibitors and promoters of active bystandership, and brainstorm effective ways to take action.
The workshop is appropriate for ages 12 and up.
This workshop is hosted by UCC Boxborough. Scholarships are available please contact Cindy at [email protected]
