Advanced Facilitation Training Session 4 – Understanding and Working with Personal Preferences and Differences: The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ©) in Action
In any group training, there will always be a wide variety of learning styles and preferences. This Basics of the MBTI © Workshop will offer participants a hands-on understanding of how and why personal preferences are so important to consider in designing and implementing a practically-based workshop/program. You will be able to:
- Understand the psychology and motivation behind people’s differing intentions, preferences, and ways of processing life events
- Comprehend and articulate the differences across four aspects of interpersonal life experience and why all are of vital importance
- Apply the principles and theories of the MBTI © in a workshop/training session, workplace setting, and life in general
- How and why differing personality preferences matter in a training situation
- How to consider and adapt your content and context based on a range of personal preferences and characteristics
