Join us for an IN-PERSON Training for Trainers (T4T) at Greenfield Community College!

Now more than ever, communities need people who know how to step in—safely, confidently, and with care. Training Active Bystanders (TAB) equips individuals with the skills to interrupt harm, challenge bias, and strengthen community accountability.

Our Training for Trainers (T4T) program is an immersive, hands-on opportunity for students and community members who want to go further: to strengthen facilitation skills, become certified TAB trainers, and help expand a growing movement for safer, more connected communities.

About the T4T Program

T4T is a 10-hour training delivered across two 5-hour days. The workshop is designed for students, educators, and community members who are passionate about community safety, social justice, leadership, and peer-to-peer learning—and who want to bring TAB programming to campuses, schools, and community spaces.

📅 Friday, April 17 & Friday, April 24
🕙 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Gain

  • Deeper practice with TAB concepts and facilitation tools
  • Skills for leading engaging, trauma-aware, and inclusive workshops
