Danielle Rice

Danielle Rice
TAB Instructor

Danielle is a resident of Gardner, MA and Natick, MA. (Like dual citizenship, but less exciting. Danielle splits her time between her hometown visiting family/friends and her current residence). Her passions include reading, traveling, having new experiences, and finding excuses to skip gym day.

Danielle is a graduate of Westfield State University with an undergrad in English, Secondary/Middle School Education. Danielle also has a certificate in Design, Print, from Mount Wachusett Community College. Danielle’s career has centered around community organizations to support education for youths/women. Danielle enters 2025 celebrating a decade working for not-for-profit organization with a mission to prevent child abuse and neglect.

Danielle was first introduced to TAB in 2019, when she attended a community training. Danielle was struck by how meaningful change can be accomplished by such an easy to understand process and how accessible the training was. As a member of Gardner’s Community Action Team Danielle became a TAB Trainer in 2020 under the CHNA-9 HUB. With gratitude Danielle was invited to become a TAB Instructor in 2023.

“Everyone has the ability to make change in their community…in their inner circle. TAB gives us the language and the tools to understand how to reduce harm doing, and to invite others to bring positive changes to their communities. The more we spread TAB understanding and share our knowledge with others the more positive changes we can bring into our world. I’d like to be part of the change I want to see.”

Danielle formally invites anyone who reads this to do one small thing in the next 24 hours to spread a little positivity, whatever that might look like for you. Send a “thinking of you” message to an old friend, wave at a school bus, etc etc.
